"Ordered sweet and sour pork with special fried rice, i trully could not have been more dissapointed. The small pieces of overcooked, dried, tough pork in a thick batter arrived all soggy, a real mess the doughy thick batter was drowned in the sauce and separated from the pork . YUK!!! The dish was discusting. Looked like chiunky chinese porridge. I cant say more for the Special fried rice, also very dry, what makes it special is a couple of thinly sliced dried port and chicken and one prawn on top. Dont waste your money here. You can do MUCH better elsewhere. A total waste of money."
"amazing chinese restaurant! been coming here for over a year for at least once a week and everything about the restaurant succeeds expectations every single time. food is always so so fresh and the service is amazing , all of the staff are so nice. i came here for my birthday tonight and the staff sung me happy birthday and brought me deserts. always such an amazing environment and a positive experience. will forever be a customer here ! thank you so much"
"I had a most distressing dining experience this evening .. Ive been dining at this restaurant since it was first established as a local supporter I had a rude teenage boy this evening verbally ABUSE ME this evening during dinner , he and his teenage red haired girlfriend were sitting opposite me . Ive always recieved excellent service , which warranted my loyal patronage to the business for the past 2.5 years On this occasion I had to ask a waitress 3 x to follow a simple request for a take away container to take my food home . The service was so frustrating in following through a simple request , which left me perplexed and questioning her basic customer service skills . I called the restaurant manager/owner Mr Tesla immediatley to alert him of the incident with the young teenage boy still verbally abusing me ..it was a most distressing evening for me and ,most disappointing that the restaurant owner did NOTHING to pacify the situation in a public space ..and just stood there between both parties . I left the restaurant extremely distressed and no customer should be verbally abused and then expected to pay FULL PRICE for a meal with a poor effort to diffuse such a situation . Its so disappointing after being a long term loyal local supporter of the business , that such an incident had occurred . I usually pen positive experience reviews but on this occasion I was deeply compelled to express my grave disappointment after such a negative dining experience after a long day at work ."
"Ordered satay chicken, Mongolian lamb, spring rolls and rice through Uber eats. The only dish that was worth eating was the rice….. the satay chicken was simply satay paste mixed with the worlds supply of coconut milk… disgusting. The Mongolian lamb was bland, dry and unappetising. The vegetarian spring rolls were oddly elongated and thin, and contained traces of what appeared to be turmeric…. Just odd. Incredibly disappointed and will never order from here again."
"I ordered a wonton noodle soup with beef and vegetables. I hadn't tried hungs before so thought I'd give it a try. I havnt eaten in so can't honestly judge the service or atmosphere of the place but as an ubereats delivery the order was a flop. Unfortunately they put all the soup, noodles, beef, wontons and vegetables in the one container. This just equals sloppy mushy floury noodles, with wontons all falling out of their wrappers. Noodles taste pretty yucky when they've been soaking in liquid for 20 mins. (It's like eating 2 min noodles you forgot to eat and trying them 20 mins later, swollen and squishy). I paid an extra $2 for vegetables so the soup came to 18.90. Not a huge serving size, and not worth the money for the taste and value. I normally get beef phos or crispy skin chicken noodle soups which are huge to the point I cant finish them from between 15 to 18.80. They always arrive in separate containers so nothing gets soggy. This is the only eatery ive had a delivery from that put soup and noodles all in one container, which is a shame as the whole dish was ruined. For 18.80, I would rather go to a different place where the quality and price is better and also packed properly."
