It all began with my grandfather, Shankar Lal Khatri, who started his journey in 1945 at The Oberoi Cecil Hotel in Shimla, India. He then continued his career at The Ashok Hotel in New Delhi from 1955 to 1979, leaving behind a legacy of exceptional service and culinary expertise.

Following in my grandfather's footsteps, my father, Sudan Khatri, joined Hyatt Regency Hotels in 1987 and worked there until 2004. His experience and passion for hospitality were then brought to Australia, where he laid the foundation for our family's venture.
