"Poor Customer Service Purchased a power tool that was faulty and as it was just past the 7 days from purchased I had to wait for a warranty repair. Went back to the Dandenong Store 3 weeks after dropping it off for repair only to be told it hasn't been sent away yet and I have to keep on waiting. In store Manager has total disregard for customer service, will not be shopping here anymore!!!"
