"3.5+ stars. Food court style Din Tai Fung in line with all the other cuisines in the food court. Food quality: Taste isn’t up quite up to Din Tai Fung standard. While the Kung Pao chicken is nicely done, it isn’t spicy to cater to Western palette even when requesting for more chilli. Rice is soft but somehow lacking the fragrance. Food portion / Price: Portions are decent. Main dish goes for $15 and above. Rice at $3.5 is atrociously expensive! Service: N/A, order and pay at self service counter, collect food once number is called. Crowd: Expect lunch and dinner crowd throughout the food court. Payment: Cards accepted with card surcharge."
"The food is okay for a take-out, but definitely not a regular Din Tai Fung quality. On one hand, it's cool to see using Kiosk to order foods in a Ding Tai Fung, making it extra convenient for foreigners. On the other hand, I expected just a little bit better with a Ding Tai Fung brand name. For example, the fried rice I ordered is great, but it was cold, making the overall experience just a bit disappointing."
"We picked two dishes for lunch. Kung Pao Chicken with Cashew Nuts and Black Pepper Chicken. Both were delicious. Unfortunately, my first choice: Shredded Pork Noodle with Spicy Sauce wasn’t available and the seating area/ environment was sticky and messy. Did not feel encouraged to sit there and eat. ."
