"Solid and modern Chinese joint. Ideal for business meetings or special day celebrations. Safe to book a table It’s not the easiest place to find in Chatswood but once you find it, eating gets easy. We had the Yum Cha style lunch and the food all tasted clean, well balanced and not oily. The interior was nice with nice deco and the food got to the table a little slower than expected but I might be just use to Yum Cha dishes on a trolley. Dumplings tasted all good but it just lacked some depth. For these reasons I give this place 3 bears"

"Went to Mama Mulan for Saturday lunch, the restaurant had decent crowd and there was a queue before opening. It serves both Yum Cha dishes as well as a la carte main dishes. We enjoyed the dim sum from Yum Cha selection however not so much from the main menu. The deep fried crispy egg noodle didn't soften with the gravy."

"Above standard Chinese restaurant. Spinach tofu with pumpkin taste amazing. Mulan fried rice was delicious but a bit spicy with the XO sauce. Braised beef was a bit chewy but taste is good. Interior design was aesthetic, tables were spaced out but it was a bit noisy when all the tables were mostly filled. Overall great experience."

"A warm and classy restaurant with the ambience of fine dining. You are immediately greeted by old traditional Chinese doors as you walk in. The restaurants layout is modern with is a touch of traditional. The food was impressive. The Peking duck was a bit dry for my liking and would recommend you get the seafood instead. The Mamas fried rice was good and when paired with the lemon grass barramundi, very delicious. Lastly recommend drinking some of the soup from the barramundi as it tastes like tom yum soup which was quite refreshing."
