The order was processed and shipped within an hour and I received the tiles the next business day. Unfortunately, at no fault to Yeoman's, the supplier had misrepresented the product. Rather than downplay or deflect my concerns, the design team at Yeoman's immediately investigated, provided a number of options and resolved the problem for me within 48 hours. Throughout, the staff could not have been more sensitive to the details of my concerns, more accomodating or considerate in bringing the situation to a fast conclusion. In short, I could not recommend Melanie and the team more throughly. I'm completing a reno, and have discovered buying online can be very fraught, but in my experience, you could not deal with a more reputable, trustworthy and professional organisation. 6 out of five stars"
