"Truly awful service experience. Website is not user friendly and one of the meals was just dried up chicken with no sauce. Phoned the manager to ask for a refund for that meal (approx. $17) and was told they "cant provide a refund" and that I need to go and talk to an online complaint forum somewhere. The meal was returned and the young lady at the front counter (who did her best to improve the service experience) provided me a refund. Based on the meal and the disinterested lack of service from the manager, however, we will NOT be going back to this restaurant."
"We couldn't change our order online. Got the crispy skin chicken .Dry and tasteless. No sauce. Woman on the phone rude and told us ro 'talk to a computer ' when we asked for a refund. Plenty of other Chinese restaurants to order from when you get rude service"
"We got salt n pepper squid and sate chicken n rice from Chinese Kitchen north rocks. Sathe chicken n fried rice was really good..but salt n pepper squid was rubbery n chewy ( had oily covering) We won't order salt n pepper squid again. Food was served steaming hot so it was made fresh."
"The food here is brilliant. It's super fresh and everything tastes like its is made with care. The spring rolls are great. The filling is flavoursome and the wrapping is crunchy and crispy. The dim sum is amazing too. The pork mince filling has a great is nicely spiced and has a great texture. I had the Singapore chilli prawns, the beef with black bean sauce and the special fried rice. The prawns are fresh and the chilli sauce is spicy enough to be present but not overwhelming. You can still taste the subtle seafood flavours. The beef is perfect. It's salty and vegetables are cooked to Al dente. There isn't much room inside the restaurant but you can get takeaway. This is a great Chinese restaurant."
