"I didn’t like the guy sitting in service counter. He was bit impolite and he was telling everyone to have 400gram minimum selection of ingredients which is weird. It should be customer choice how much they want. Totally disappointed and would never go there again."

"Today ! I was ordering for take away! And than after me have 2 other person to orders ! And than 2 person order after me their got the food already take away also! I’m asking the counter guy , hi why my one it’s done? He say my one dry one take a bit long. Oh i get it. Im just ask why her one dry one also and she ordered before me. Why she got first than me. He was rude! He say i told u ! Your one dry dry! I was ordering my food 4:45 pm after to people get their food ( ordering after me !) and i got my food at 5:10! The counter person he was throwing my ordering number at fornt of me! So disappointed! Actually this is my first time to go the restaurant no 1 malatang in rhodes waterside! Thanks to make me bad mood to having my dinner !"
"Pro: Good location. They have a variety of ingredients to select from and most of them look pretty fresh. Con: The taste is average. Their workflow doesn't seem to be smooth. I saw when a customer's food was ready they couldn't tell which bowl was hers, in the end that lady had to select ingredients all over again so they could cook another bowl for her. Please expect a struggling service if you are a non-Chinese speaker."
