"Service was terrible. Had to get up multiple times to remind them to clear the table, grab menus, grab tissues, grab sauces. Communication was bad from staff when I asked for soy sauce the lady didn't know what it was so I had to get up and grab their take away sauces. The food is okay but it is Abit of a wait. It was pretty busy when I went though. Give it a miss, cause you will be disappointed more so than satisfied. Hope the service improves"

"I ordered 2 dishes for lunch for 2 people - curry rice : 10bucks and only for lunch special i guess. I like the crispy chicken and the flavour of the curry sauce. Eventhough the first bite was kind of weird but the more I eat it, the more I crave for it. I like it - pan fried pork buns : 12.8bucks. I loooove this one because it has more filling inside with only pork meat and the bao is fluffy as well as sweet to my liking. This meal costs us only over 20bucks yet so full and satisfied. The staffs are also friendly and the dining is spacious, you have a lot of choices of seat"

"Located on the upper floor of Lidcombe shopping centre. The restaurant is located in a corner block with seats extending outside into the shopping area. Very relaxing vibe. Came in the morning and was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast menu with all dishes less than $8.00 which was a bargain! All the noodle soups were tasty and delicious, full of beefy flavour. I felt that the noodles were a little overcooked which was a bit of a let down. Though they served a generous portion and for only of $8.00 you cannot complain! The dumplings were great too with a firm and chewy bite. Overall very fulfilling breakfast at an extremely affordable price."

"I was very disappointed with the food and the bad service we experienced at Kung Fu Kitchen in Lidcombe shopping centre. Here's my advice to anyone thinking of going to this restaurant: If you're coming with kids, this place is not recommended. There was no kid's cutlery available, and the staff only provided a big steel fork to my kids after I requested kid's cutlery. Unfortunately, the fork was very sharp, and I didn't notice until my four-year-old cut his lip with it. His lip was bleeding, and he couldn't finish his food because it hurt so badly. If you're going to order food based on the menu pictures, please don't trust them. For instance, we ordered the "Beijing Style shredded pork and pancakes" dish, but it only came with six tiny pancakes, which were not enough to wrap 1/4 portion of pork meat. I asked the staff in charge at the counter why there were at least 12 pancakes in the menu photo, but only six were provided with the dish. She replied that it's normal for the dish to look different from the menu since the pictures are for reference only. She also said that we were the first customers who could not finish the pork with six pancakes, and if we wanted additional pancakes, we would need to pay $6 for six more. I was disappointed with this pricy dish and the staff's bad attitude. Trust me, we have been to other Chinese restaurant and ordered the similar dishes, never disappointed. Anyway, after a long negotiation, the staff agreed to give us six extra pancakes, but some of them was broken. I was not sure if she did it on purpose, but I was too tired to waste my time to talk to her again. The other dishes we ordered were average, and we didn't expect good quality after what happened. The only good thing that came out of this experience is that it motivated me to write my first Google review to advise people with young children and those looking for a satisfactory experience try other places until the food and service from KungFu Kitchen are improved."
