"ITS A MUST VISIT PLACE . I ordered chole( chickpea curry) kulche, and dosa( south indian dish) . kulcha bread was very soft and and yummy. Sardar ji standing behind the counter is spreading very positive vibe and serving great taste in his food ."
"Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely place. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted was really good and freshly made, especially Chai was a big hit. Absolutely the best meal we had while in DFO Essendon Melbourne. Highly recommend!"
"We were looking for good eat out around Essendon and came across this place in DFO and gave it a try. I should say we were so glad we did! Friendly owner who patiently explained different curry options for meals. Brilliant food, even the condiments that accompanied the dishes were amazing. We tried their biryani. Very different to traditional ones and worth trying as it was very flavourful and fresh. In short, top-class. CurryOCity - one of the best Indian options around Melbourne City. :-)"
"Excellent food & always served with a smile. I love the veg meal but I know for a fact the the samosas & pav bhaji are amazing too. Recommend it highly"
"The Chole bhatura is rather good here. Not heavily spiced or oily. The tandoori wrap was a let down as it didn’t have that Indian zing to it. Also not spicy even tho it was requested to be made that way. Had I eaten that blindfold I would have been surprised to know it was a tandoori wrap. It was still good but not what I expect from an Indian joint. Also tried their chai which was underwhelming and weak tasting. Do NOTE that they opening hours might be different to what is advertised. I think they said they usually open at 11."
