"Rude customer service at 5pm Thursday 6th of july. No smile no hi ask for toilet says near the paint go there and doors locked sign says ask for assistance. She could of got a staff member to go there or tell me to find assistance. When I return to pay for item just very dry not a word coming out her face like she doesnt want tio be there. Hipoint bunnings is exactly what costumer service should be like. I will never go there again"
"Handy spot for most things needed for most smaller jobs. Anything more serious probably requires a bigger store but Bunnings Brunswick definitely has a decent range."
"The girl who was working the payee desk on Friday at 3.55pm in the back store was rude when I asked where things were while it was easily seen she was on her phone and made me feel uncomfortable asking for information. And when I paid with cash and put my hand out for the cash she placed my coins and notes on the counter right next to my hand abruptly. If you don't like your job quit! Dreadful service!"
"Sarah needs a lesson in customer service. Went here today to buy a stud finder and had to use the bathroom. The door was locked and a sign said to ask a team member to unlock it, so I did. She was standing at that driveway between the two store sections. I asked her if she could open the door. She said nothing and just asked on those handset radio things if someone else could do it. Nobody answered, so she drly said, "I guess I'll do it myself then." It's a bit awkward having to ask someone if you can use the toilet, and her tone made me uncomfortable, so I didn't say anything as she unlocked the door. She opened it and sarcastically said, "No. Worries." because I didn't say thanks for begrudgingly doing her job. Awkward and weird experience. All she had to do was say, "Yep sure", walk 15 metres, and punch in a pin code. Sarah, if you hate your job so much, why don't you find a new one? That's assuming you can with those interpersonal skills."
