Absolutely poor excuse for a business with rubbish products to match their rubbish promises of a refund. For those reading this review with similar experiences, Consumer Affairs, the bank and eBay are all willing to follow up so please contact them and they will investigate this business."
"Great range of hardware at excellent prices. Very helpful staff. Highly conscientious coronavirus precautions - they started wearing face masks and supplying hand sanitiser before Bunnings did! I really hope they will be able to continue trading. If they are forced to close during Stage 4 lockdown because it is impossible for them to introduce Click&Collect, they should be given relief from rent, rates, utilities and/or mortgage while they remain shut. Bunnings should not be allowed to mop up all the business from good small businesses just because they are big enough to introduce drive-through sales - especially in a foot-traffic shopping strip such as Sydney Road! Long live L & O Hardware! Thank you for looking after your customers so well!"
