"Been here once and that was enough. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 pork rolls. Really feel for the staff that work here - all very young, doesn’t appear to be any senior team member or management around. There is one team member who looks like he is trying to keep it together and get things moving, but absolutely no support at all. Bit of a shambles if I am honest. Wouldn’t rush back at all."

"The pork roll I got on Friday was absolutely disgusting. Honestly worst I have ever had which is saying alot. There were literally only 2 small pieces of pork, maybe one piece of crackling smaller than a 5 cent piece and it was really just a carrot roll ( if I wanted that I would have gone to a salad bar). Really disappointed.... will absolutely not be stepping back in the store despite it being my local. Will drive to Springvale and get a decent one for half the price but triple the flavour. Poor work Roll'd not impressed at all."

"I feel for the staff. The Manager doesn’t work on a Monday and they just have no idea what’s going on, then because there is no support or guidance or training they get abused by cranky old ladies. 2pm isn’t pack up and go home time 2pm is still considered lunch so there is no reason for them to have minimal rolls left and not be able to make more. Every table was dirty & the wait times are excruciating especially when you stand there and watch a guy with gloves attempt to pick up coriander with tongs not once, twice but 3 times. Like bro, use your brain and collect the garnish with your gloved hand! It’s a real shame this place has been poorly managed from opening, the staff lack so much training and you could see the sadness in their face when they were being complained at by several people at once. If there is no manager rostered fair enough, but you better have a strong team if that’s the case. I spent 20 years in hospitality mgmt and it’s really sad to see how terribly hospitality has suffered, the lack of training, no complaint resolution, no speed at getting orders out, no synchronicity. Time to get your act together if you are the franchise owner of this place. Edit: happy to report coming back a week later, there are more staff on, the fridge is fully stocked and the service was much better. Well done guys"
