"Arrived at 8 am after driving down from Blaxland to buy some vape supplies. No sign of the store opening until they finally arrived 40 mins after their scheduled opening time of 8 am. Complained without raising my voice or using any swear words, to which the boss of the store returned serve by being highly and unnecessarily rude. Told me there’d been an ‘emergency’, then ‘sooked’ by telling me he wouldn’t serve me and wouldn’t to talk to me. Suffice to say it became necessary to report his behaviour to the Centre Management Office, for them to action. I’ll never go back to that store again."
