"After consistently having my menulog orders stuffed up by another location, I tried the parkmore nandos on menulog. After 3 great menulog orders from parkmore, the incompetence from the other location appears to have spread to this location. Burger looked like it had been sat on, chips were lukewarm (being generous there) and the coke I ordered never arrived. After eating what was delivered, I tried ringing the store 6 times in the following 10 mins to rectify, all went unanswered. Frustrated, I called the help desk. Automated message said 2 min wait, after 7 1/2 mins on hold, message said to leave details. 3 days later, no contact from nandos. They are a joke."
"Had a really good experience today at Parkmore Nando’s, we attended the Dine-In at around 2:30pm. Everything today was absolutely perfect the chicken was hot fresh and juicy. The salads were jam packed with generous amounts of all vegetables and feta. In particular a massive hats off to the lovely lady working the front counter, she was so friendly, bubbly and helpful. I unfortunately didn’t grab her name but she had blonde hair and was working the lunch today (29/05/23). Her politeness and enthusiasm really made our day."
