"Fantastic location in the best part of Melbourne and opposite the park. Great room with a park view on 9th floor with special birthday touches such as champers and chocolates in the room. Wonderful breakfast and tram station at door."

"Stayed here from 11 - 18 July. Location is not super downtown but having seen the busy downtown , i much prefer this hotel and its location. A short walk to Queen Victoria market, 2 tram lines and big park with dogs walking around there. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. I would like to call out Julia for being very helpful to give us good tips and Donna, the manager who was super helpful in arranging next booking for my wife. Nice job.. !"

"Service provided by the staff were excellent! Front desk staff were very helpful. My 6 yo boy and I spent a couple of nights here and had breakfast on both mornings at the restaurant. Breakfast had a very good spread and to top things off, the restaurant staff were super friendly and very attentive."
