"The products are great, slightly expensive but great. The staff however was super passive and unhappy. They have a shocked face when I asked for help. I'm a small person and I couldn't bring 2 big litter boxes downstairs. But they just stand there and watch me till I say I need help. As soon as I got downstairs they just let go and let me bring it to the counter myself. Never once offered help unless I pled. Kinda baffling..."
"Bad experience!!! Asked for full cleaning and grooming. Not to mention the grooming is really ugly, they didn't clean the puppy's ear. I wasn't informed when picking up the puppy at all. And I only find out after arriving home. The customer service replied that it was my responsibility to check everything before payment. And they refused to provide a refund for ear cleaning. Definitely never ever come to this store again. And not recommend to any other friends at all."
"I've always come here religiously to buy cat litter for my cat cause the Mochi Tofu cat litter here is so good and yet so affordable compared to other pet retail stores. The litter has great absorption and odour-control! The cat backpack and cat scratcher house I bought here are high-quality and well-loved by my cat. There are so many good pet products from Asia here that are not available in other mainstream Australian retail stores. Highly recommend!"
"Had my dog groomed today, showed them a photo of what I wanted. and when I went to pick up my dog she was cut very badly, nearly cried when I first looked at her. They tried to fix it, but obviously didnt do much. The first two pics are my dog now, and the last one is the reference photo I showed the groomer. Paid $110 for full grooming service and left extremely unhappy."
"This is a really great pet shop. They have a very solid and unique offering of different toys, cat trees and scratchers. Their food selection is also good and they have a selection of pet care products as well. Overall a good shop and definitely a necessity as they don't have any others at all in the CBD."
