"We dropped in for Sunday drinks and lunch for the kids, warm inside, quick friendly service, kids pasta fantastic, couple of wines were great too, especially on a cold wet Sunday, great place to go with the family."

"Brown Cow Had a wonderful night out. Great waiter. Who was very kind and super nice. What an amazing meal ! Deliciously mouth watering. Soft tender medium rear eye filet. Something that everyone should try. The chocolate fondant is awesome! However, a bit expensive."

"Beautiful, elegant space, nicely furnished. The food was excellent. I had a chef's special of slow cooked braised beef with mash and broccoli, and it was beautiful. Meat fell apart with a fork and melted in the mouth. Wife had the barramundi which she also enjoyed. Two criticisms: 1) music was much too loud, whether you are there for a meal or drinks you need to be able to hear each other. 2) Service needs training. Waiter 1 took our order but didn't ask if we wanted an entree - I later realised we had forgotten the entree but the chef said mains were on the way. Waiter 2 opened the bottle of bubbly quite expertly, but filled the flutes nearly to the top, despite my quizzical look. Waiter 3 asked if we want dessert, I said yes, but I want the entree of pear and prosciutto for dessert. She proceeded to list the dessert menu, until I stopped her and repeated that I want the pear and prosciutto entree. She then said she would get me a menu. I told her she wasn't listening and to get me a different waiter. Waiter 4 got us the pear and prosciutto entree."

"Brown Cow is a lovely looking place, with friendly staff, but in all honesty the food portions were very disappointing. We went their earlier today for breakfast, ordered the Vanilla Infused Brioche French Toast & Eggs Hampton, and we were very surprised at the serving sizes we received. The French Toast was one singular thin slice of Brioche, and a small amount of topping. The Eggs Hampton was also on the smaller side. My partner and I aren't normally big eaters, but we left Brown Cow with an empty stomach. My personal suggestion is to increase the portion sizes, even if you need to increase the price by a couple of dollars, as it's disappointing to be left hungry after finishing a meal."

"I would have given this place 5 stars but dessert let me down. The cheesecake was dense and not pleasant to eat but everything else was absolutely delicious! Great service and very comfortable seats. A lovely venue, we'll be back ❤"
