"Dinner and drinks at Republica last night which was really enjoyable given the lovely sunset and live music (though a little loud). The pizza didn’t look much chop but was actually incredibly yummy. The chips were really tasty too (I even ordered a second basket). The only complaint was everything was order to your table via QR code except you still had to go to the bar for soft drinks (and iced chai which didn’t seem to be available on QR) No cutlery or napkins were brought out with the food either Original review Brace yourselves people summers coming and there's no better way to spend it then dangling from the egg chairs at Republica. Stunning beach views, electric atmosphere and delicious eats. Do try to time your arrival though as the popular seating does get snapped up. Perfect for a Sunday session with a group in the back section (although no water view). A St Kilda institution and here's to ordering a main course all to yourself, in a world of sharing fusion dishes!"

"Recommended:) Reserved a table online and staffs offered a window-side table which we could perfectly see the sunset, thank you! Food and services are great. Beef tartare is my favourite dish among the 5 dishes I ordered, they are 1 starter + 2 pizza + 2 mains."

"Fantastic food！The pizza is fluffy, crispy, and the cheese‘s temp is perfect. The mushroom risotto is also very good, the rice is just right but not too raw or too soft. The pasta had a moderate spiciness and was delicious with tiger prawns. The only regret is that the beef tartar is a little salty. This store is absolutely amazing！"
