"Worst food I’ve eaten in a long time. Asked for chicken bowl and they didn’t have chicken so substituted for crispy chicken. Every ingredient in this meal tastes artificial and not fresh. The restaurant stunk and the unisex bathrooms were even worse. Never again!"
"Compared to other Mexican fast food chains this one felt less premium. The place was clean and the phone chargers on the table were a nice touch, seemed pretty clean as well. The food was made to order and the taste was decent. Loved the unlimited refills. The chips have a really nice and tasty paprika seasoning but the chips I had were soft and soggy and lacked crunch. Very disappointing. The nachos were as expected and tasted as they should have. Churros were crunchy and full of flavour!"

"Was told try try Taco Bell because I love Guzmen Y Gomez and I must say I love the vibe and the decor but unfortunately the food is a little dissapointing . I ordered the bowl and was dissapointed to find it didnt even have any Cc's in it , had the black beans and Guacamole etc but without the Cc's its just not mexican .The staff are friendly andthey got a big brass bell you can ring also .The tacos are good the Chorizos are the bomb Bam , but half the size they should be ."
"Found it be a substandard experience overall. Duty manager was abrupt. Tables were dirty when we came. Food was alright bumping up the rating to 4 from an otherwise 3 deserved. Parking was easy and abundant. The best part was ringing their bell."
