"Love Taco Bell, but unfortunately this location is run poorly and the staff (at least on the date of my visit) seemed to not care or lack competence and training. My food was served cold, and wasn't prepared like it was shown in the images. For example, my STACKED TORTILLA CHIPS was served cold. This is basic level food services.. make sure the food is cooked and not cold. The store was dirty and the staff were not at all friendly. It was a 'here's your food, bye" kind of experience. This always comes down to poor management and training. I won't be back. The BEST Taco Bell is in Chirnside Park. Their staff and formula are great. All meals I've had there are served fresh, hot, generous servings, friendly service and a clean restaurant. Taco Bell Roxburgh Park you have a way to go to get your food and service right."
"Yes! Taco Bell in Australia. Dreams come true. I had the 3 taco supreme with chips. Tacos mmmmm, beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, lettuce and fire salsa. Perfect. Omgoodness the chips. Cooked perfectly. And the seasoning was incredibly delicious. Will definitely come again. Thank you!"
"Store was a little dirty, but did observe the team working away quite busily behind the scenes, and they started to clean things up towards my meal end. Very good customer service. Polite and friendly. Meal ready before I even filled my drink. The stuffed chicken buritto and chips served hot, fresh with great taco bell taste. Seating layout is quite good."
"I have no idea why Taco Bell is bagged out as much as it is. This is great TexMex fast food. The prices are actually super reasonable (cheaper than Guzman & Gomez) and food great. They need to give the place a bit of a spring clean, but other than that... Brilliant."
