"The staff are nice, and do a good job at serving customers, but they often smoke in store while you are present. When you want to return or get a refund on a faulty item or broken item you either don't get one, or they make it really hard for you to do, primarily due to the brands being international, and support being nearly non-existent. Bring back you goods within a month if they are faulty, or if they are obviously broken to get the best chance of getting your money back. These issues made me quick vaping for tricks, all I wanted was clouds, but got leaky mid quality equipment with very little product support. Overall I gotta rate it 1/5 stars."
