"I am the mother who convinced my daughter to attend Terry White Chemist for her compression stocking and regret it . First of all wrong information about trying them on. Secondly wrong order and thirdly the staff are liars. My daughter came to my work crying due to the wrong doing by the staff and when I approached the older woman who's in charge to find out what sort of misunderstanding took place. This is her exact response, she looked up from her order book and stared at me saying these exact words " no offence but I am not interested in the emotional state of your daughter ". Then I realise that why the staff was uncaring as this older woman trained them that way. I walked away in disgust and will never suggest anyone to attend this chemist. Inopopopinion the staff knowledge on compression stocking is not "second to none" but none."

"I wish there was a zero star for this Chemist. I am absolutely shocked by the customer service here. I live on the other side of Sydney and took time off work to order compression stockings , get measured by them and have them ordered in as no chemists in my area do this. I was told to come back a second time, so a second day off work, because they needed to fit me, despite measuring me (?) and was unable to have anyone else pick them up for me. I then showed up all for them to have ordered the completely wrong compression stockings, not actually have needed me to come in because I could not try them on anyway, and then show absolutely no remorse for the big mistake they made. They just stared blankly at me and replied to my mother "I am not concerned for your daughters emotional state". What a joke. How extremely rude to say that to me, someone who is pregnant and urgently needed this item, and to my mother. I recommend no one go here if they need any sort of help. The staff have very limited knowledge on products, have no experience in customer service and do not take any care towards people. Extremely disappointed. I am very happy this is not my local chemist. I will never go back and advise everyone to do the same."

"I was there with my sister to have vaccine but the nurse was too rude towards us as her shift was almost over so she was in rush and wanted to go home badly which we can understand. As my sister was very afraid of injections, was very nervous instead of consoling her and calming her down she was like if you want do it right now do it I have only 2min or come another day. Very unprofessional behaviour of staff as per my knowledge they should be patience enough to handle this kind of situation instead of being rude."
