"The customer service is great. The doctor who did my nose thread also nice. They quickly reply the message in Instagram. Sadly they charged me with Full Payment while I requested for the Afterpay. I've just checked my Afterpay account and didn't get any record for the transaction. The After Care Instruction could be better IF they put much more details about the samples of product that should be avoided. I saw some other services who do this very well. I sent a nutrition information via Instagram, very fast reply which indicates the picture is not well read. There is a "Vitamin E" ingredients that is said should be avoided while I receive "this should be fine" response. Seconds later they said to avoid the Vit E. No correction for the picture I sent. Overall still okay tho with their service and friendly team."

"Not worth the money! The facial was ok, but not very clean. The next day I had a few itchy pimples on the face. The water was not changed during the entire facial. No blanket provided, I was told to keep my coat on."
