"Customer service is really bad especially the mid age woman who can speak Cantonese at the counter. She should be trained properly otherwise do not work at the counter to make customers go away from your pharmacy. The pharmacist is very helpful and nice but definitely NOT the rude counter woman. Will reconsider if I should need to get my medicines from Mazzie again because of that bad attitude woman."

"Do not use these people for medical cannabis dispensing, worst communication and they treat your medicine like its some kind of game (or at the very least like its unimportant). I had to switch pharmacies because of constant issues with chasing them for tracking numbers and being left unmedicated several times due to their incompetence and lies after paying them for it and not receiving it. I use cannabis to replace all my other medication due to a brain injury, it does everything from pain management to stopping my severe muscle spasms. Get your act together, you're messing with the lives of people."
