"1.Terrible experience, customer service. 2. deceitful and misleading behaviour towards customers. 3. extremely long wait times The pharmacy staff mislead me by telling me the medication I needed was cheaper than what they eventually tried to sell me. They said these prices were set by the government. Only when I insisted on a different brand of medication did they change their mind, and offer what they initially said. The whole process took 55+ minutes for simple medication. - 10 minutes to wait in line for pharmacy staff who told me the cheaper price of medication - 30 minute wait for a phone notification, after I gave the pharmacy my prescription note. - 10 minute wait time for the pharmacy line. - Additional time to wait in line and back to casher."

"I know it's hard to imagine there's good customer service in Chemist base on some of the reviews on this page...Sometime it really depends on who you are dealing with. But I just want to highlight that Chelsea Y in the eastwood chemist warehouse really helped me a lot finding the thing I need...She was working and I approached her to get 2 supplements which are really hard to find, but she did it; also allow me to take a picture of a Berberine product that I couldn't afford at the time. Thanks so much for the experience. You have a bright future ahead and I am sure of it."

"Poor time management and customer service. Click and collect not ready despite ordering more than 24h ago. I've bought click and collect from other chemist warehouses, all have been within or just over the 4h wait. But here she told me to cancel and just to go get it and buy it myself."

"Paid for click and collect at 9:30 am on 4 April and they did not receive the message to work on it until 12:30pm and 4:30pm they still have not worked on it. They claim they are busy and could not have done it in 7 hours. If they can’t handle the workload, one is better off grabbing the stuff by oneself. It’s ridiculous. The order is ready for pick up at 7:48am over 22 hours later on 5 April."

"Friendly security at the front door. I went in there buy cologne for my partner. It was hard to track down staff and when I found someone, she was very rude. I asked if I could smell a variety of scents. She kept insisting that I try more than one at a time, so she didn’t have to lock and close the door. All the perfumes are locked behind glass doors so you will need staff to access them. The lady was very pushy throughout this process. She also left after giving me a few scents to try then I had to track her down again. She did however write the names on the pieces of paper when she gave me the scents. They really need a container of coffee beans to break up the smell of the perfumes. After a while they smelt the same. The customer service from the lady was pushy and rude. I don’t like being rushed when shopping. I was not charged for a plastic bag for my two perfumes."
