"I'm giving 5 stars for the products but the overall experience each time is poor I.e. Slow order processing, customer service contact number pointless unless you message them first and wait for there call and miss picks. They can can do better for there customers and they have the resources. 2021 they need some new years resolutions,Lol. Customer should be more important to them. I've orderded about 5 times via online service and its troublesome or slow each time. I'm not one to post reviews but am keen to praise where it is due. Visiting Glen Innes branch today I was helped above and beyond by Fau one of the staff members and am so grateful for her attentiveness she managed to source an out of stock item from another branch and went the extra mile to ensure they put it aside for me to collect.
