"I was just in Priceline pharmacy Miranda westfields store. I purchased close to $100 worth of products. As I went to make my to the exit (2:30pm) , a worker, middle aged woman, glasses, straight brown hair approached me in such a tone to check my bags, I opened everything up. Showed her dockets, she asked if I had a docket for the hairspray in my handbag I was like “here it’s half empty feel it” she realised it was mine and I hadn’t stolen it. I asked if she had seen anything and she was like oh yes we saw something! And I asked what did she see? She told me she had seen me put things in my bag and I requested to see this footage to which she replied that she wasn’t allowed to show me. I was on a call in the shop and didn’t want to be rude and go checkout my items whilst on a call as I know how that feels as I use to work retail so I was walking around aimlessly for a while after I had grabbed what I needed. I was not hanging back to steal items. The tone and the accusation of me stealing items that I received was disgusting and unacceptable. I go out of my way especially this time of year to be polite to retail workers, yet I get this treatment in return? I am an accomplished woman who contributed to multiple myeloma research, I have never stolen anything in my life, I am not a criminal. I feel racially profiled and extremely judged on my appearance more than anything. I have been coming to this store for years but will no longer be doing so. I made a complaint to the help desk in westfields and have security now working on this case. I would like to contact Priceline headquarters to take this further. Could you please provide me with their contact number"

"Congratulations Miranda Priceline the customer service was outstanding, every staff member went out of their way to help. All had a smile on their face, showed a proactive friendly nature and all recommended wonderful products. To top off the wonderful in-store experience, I opened my paper bag of purchases to see a hand written note that said at the top of the inside of the paper bag ‘ have a nice day’. You have an amazing team that are a true asset to your store."
