"The head chef was very humble and spoke to all guest unlike the famed ones that only provide personalised service to food inspectors. The corn souffle and the charred cabbage was the best display of his culinary art. Not all dishes/courses are commendable though. Good service and acceptable ambience."
"5+ Star service with the highest quality of food. Having the chefs and staff on the serving rotation was wonderful. It felt like you really got to know the place. The atmosphere was peaceful but exciting to see everything happening, moving, enjoying the imagery and then seeing it all happen in the kitchen. I made an offhand comment about my birthday as was surprised with a beautiful birthday card signed by every single member of staff!! Could not recommend more highly. I will be back next time I'm in Syd for sure!"
"We got to try the new snack tasting menu overlooking the kitchen. The food was amazing and being able to interact and watch the chef's definitely made this service a unique experience. My favourite was the pastrami skewers. I had to order seconds and make sure to soak up all the sauce. We started with the doughnuts that were light and easy on the palate. Moving into the prawns which were sweet and the finger lime gave it the right amount of zest. The squid with pickled vegetables cut through the hot sauce and worked well with the burnt vegetables. The Tri-Tip was everything you'd expect from a high end beef, juicy and melt in your mouth. The chips were a luxe and felt very comfortable on their menu - a perfect way to finish the main meal. The dessert was light and you can really taste the freshness of the apples used. I'm excited to come back again."

The food is beyond my expectations and I just love it. And the whole team gave me a birthday card after they heard it's my birthday celebration, all warm wishes in handwriting, it's really touching and so thoughtful, thank you again."
