Staff member thought it was more important to look at a computer screen. 2nd time I’ve had service like this at this store. Other time could not get assistance with clothing, staff found it more important to socialise with each other. Ended making my purchases from AMX."

"Great place and good people. I had been looking to buy a leather jacket and was in and out a couple of times just trying to decide and the sales staff was very cordial and helpful every time. Eventually when I did decide on what I wanted I found it on a higher discount than these guys at a store in Melbourne who were willing to ship it at no cost. Came back to these guys and requested a price match which they happily agreed to after confirming the product and sizing was what they had. Had a similar experience when I went in to buy a helmet last year with a different sales person. Overall I interacted with 4 different people over the 2 purchases and found the them all to be very helpful and courteous. They have a wide range of choices across all brands too. Would definitely recommend giving these guys a go if you are in the market for any motorbike gear!!"
