"When dropping our kitten off, we were not allowed to enter the facility to see where he was staying, despite their website saying they welcome tours. When we expressed discomfort about leaving him without seeing where he was staying, we were met with a lot of attitude and waving at the door saying "you can see that this room is where we keep them!". Was incorrectly quoted a price when booking, and forced to pay an extra days cost when collecting. My kitten also sadly came out with cat flu (vet checked, less than 48h later). Don't recommend."
