To address this issue, starting from February 1st, 2022, we have decided to permanently set aside three double-sized guest rooms solely for crisis care. This includes peak periods like Easter, Christmas, and school holidays. We firmly believe that no one should ever find themselves in a situation where they have nowhere to turn for their pet's care.

From the smallest to the largest pets, we have a range of options to cater to their needs. We absorb as many cost increases as possible to provide the best service, but there may come a time when we have to implement a guest rate increase to sustain our commitment to excellence.

For your convenience, we have specific drop-off and pick-up times throughout the week. We understand that plans can change, but please respect our opening and closing hours, as they are essential for providing uninterrupted care to our guests. Our guests often require specialized care, including medication administration, prescription diets, and assisted toileting, which necessitates a strict schedule.

If you would like to view our facilities, we welcome appointments between 11 am and 1 pm, except on Tuesdays when our office is closed at 10.45 am. Additionally, we do not conduct inspections when the temperature is forecasted to exceed 32 degrees to ensure the comfort of our guests during warmer periods.

To ensure a smooth admission process, we recommend bringing your pet earlier in the day. This allows them to settle in, spend time with their new friends, and enjoy our activities gardens before bedtime. We also offer a convenient pet transportation service, operating on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays mornings within the Melbourne metro area to Mornington.

Your pet's health and well-being are of utmost importance to us. Please ensure their vaccinations are up to date, specifically the C5 vaccine, which should be administered at least two weeks prior to the boarding date. Our trained staff will ensure your pet receives any necessary medications during their stay, and we provide a premium diet for all our guests. If your pet requires a specific medical diet, please bring it along.

We take the safety of our guests seriously and have a comprehensive emergency fire plan in place. Our infrastructure is regularly checked by the CFA to ensure the highest standards of safety.
