"The rudest customer service and the most disgusting store I have ever encountered! I asked for a refund on a pair of lashes I purchased half an hour before asking for a refund, and all I got was "no you cannot exchange it or get a refund" with negative facial expressions! Aside from that, the Indian security guard did not mind his own business when I was looking at the lashes and told me "do not open it and put it on," like as if I'm going to do that in store, making me feel like a thief. As a result, this really irritated me and made me feel uncomfortable because I have the right to a refund since the lashes haven't been opened and recently purchased but all I can say is F this store that lacks interpersonal and training skills! I strongly advise against visiting here!"

"I wanted to share my experience with the security at the door who racially profiled me. As I was in the store the Indian security gaurd(lady) was just following me around the store and I felt uncomfortable so I decided to not buy anything and leave. As I was leaving the store there was 5 customers in front of me who were of a European colour walking out. As I was walking out behind them the guard stopped just me to bag check (me being poc) Which I was happy to oblige to as I know for sure I had not done anything wrong. Security then told me all is good. Anyways that was my experience at this Bankstown store as I honestly just felt the security just racially profiling me. I understand but that bag checks are a security measure to implement in store but I feel like why not check everyone else but just one person."

"Not the best customer service. Pharmacist’s who are there to serve medicine respectively as a job think otherwise. My friend came in for a contraceptive, and all the Pharmacist could do was look at her with judgments instead of respectfully asking medical questions. As a pharmacist it is your job to be respectful and not show judgment towards any customers no matter the product they are purchasing. I know this as I work in a pharmacy myself, it is really important that customers feel comfortable and content with their local pharmacy. Definitely not uncomfortable and judged! Shame on the pharmacist who served my friend and I today. Don’t know her name but she was wearing glass and a hijab. The rest of the pharmacists are amazing and respectful!"

"WORST PRICELINE PHARMACY DO NOT GO HERE!!! Extremely rude lady (short hair) at the checkout. I’ve seen there are other reviews about her too so it’s not just me!! So rude! Maybe crack a smile once in a while and not be so aggressive towards customers who are being nice to you?! Seriously, you’re working in Bankstown and want to act that way towards customers? Some nerve lol…. Other staff can be okay but most are unhelpful. Someone needs to train staff in customer service. I love Priceline but will never return to this one…"

"The rude lady security guard that works there is horrible, she looks like she doesn't even want to be there- doesn't know how to do her job properly at all! She asked me to put a mask on, which I did, and another lady walks straight in no questions asked- if you're going to do a job make sure to do it properly and make sure the rules apply to EVERYONE! not just on who you want to pick on- will not be returning to that store just becuase of this, so rude."
