"If you don't provide them your phone number, don't expect them to give you receipt for the items you've purchased in this store. Even though they have been told that your phone is a private number, they still insist on an excuse that without your phone number, they can't print a receipt for you! A well-managed business, if there is a problem with the printer that cannot print, must fix it or set its own default code to print invoices for customers. In addition, the customer has the right to refuse this option to provide his or her own phone number, the staff must still respect the customer's request and print the invoice for them. We come to buy what we pay for, we must have what we need. Not begging for anything, but looking back, we received the rude service from some of the staff working in this store when we asked for their help. I would rather go to other stores because they are much much more polite and good services. Also, the prices are good as well."

"THE WORST customer service team behind the pharmacy counter I have ever experienced anywhere. The Asian man behind the pharmacy counter (unsure of his name) had the worst customer service. Extremely rude and very visible on his face that he was annoyed by me asking a simple question. It seemed as if he was the supervisor (he was instructing the other staff what to do) I waited in line for a prescription and two people who were served after me got their medication before I did. I asked how long do I need to wait and he told me if I don’t want to wait 10 minutes then I can leave and buy the medication from somewhere else. I said good bye and walked away and he said CYA with no professionalism and in such an immature way. Chemist Warehouse HR Team, Please train your staff how to answer simple questions and to answer rather than react with emotion, regardless of how busy it gets. This male was on shift today 30.06.23 day time around 10-2pm."

"I’ve been to this CW many times and purchased many products but I recently encountered a disgusting experience with an Asian female pharmacist named Michelle. She was very rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and it seems like she doesn’t respect anyone yet a customer. She’s very annoyed and should be disciplined for her action and attitude."

"Rude older ladies at checkout. Grumpy unfriendly and made me feel bad for wanting a paper receipt! Saying they are not meant to do paper. Then when I gave phone number the receipt never went through? No record of purchase when going into other stores! Luckily noone asked to check. And also can't check if receipt was correct"
