"Although on the pricier side, Monopole is perfect for a girls or date night. Conveniently located near Wynyard station, it was easy to get to after work. The wait staff were professionally welcoming, I was quickly shown to my table on arrival and my umbrella put away for me by the door. The food was delicious and prepared with care, there was nothing to fault. I also enjoyed the great selection of wine and cocktails. I’d suggest sharing several plates to taste the full variety of their menu. Thanks for showing us a great time, monopole!"

"Had a la carte menu instead of the set menu. The entree portion size was small and wasn’t too exciting. The orecchiette paste was quite nice, so was the dessert. Was’t too impressed with the table services, felt being rushed all the time and not friendly at all."
