"Horrible service. Didn’t realise the pharmacy medicine was only limited to one person and the check out lady Malphalba got so aggressive with me as I didn’t know she was incredibly rude. My sister also got treated horribly by the pharmacists here for when she asked for the morning after pill. You are not there to judge when an female requests the morning after pill you don’t know her reasoning for it and why should she explain it? Will never ever shop here again. Disgusting treatment and being judged when it’s an females decision for asking."

"I must say most of the time, this shop is a friendly store. But the two stars deduction are totally because my today's exprence. I went there during my lunch break to buy an Eight Hour Cream for my mother in law. Normally, I wouldn't remember the price, but the 75ml is on promotion and I'm not familiar with the product, the labels catch my eyes anyway. I chose 50ml one, cause this one has a sealed wrap. When I pay it at the counter, I've been overly charged. The gentleman at the counter helped me checked the price at the shelf and found the price in register was not match. He does not have the authority to refund the difference, so he called a pharmacist Sara to help. So far so good. Sara, the pharmacist proceed with the refund and ask me if I'd like to fully refund. I'm pretty sure the gentleman told her to partial refund. I explained to her again. And then, she starts to bashing the product on the counter and smashing the keyboard. Her voice might calm, but the attitude is unacceptable. I asked her for the original receipt, when she only handed me the refund receipt. She didn't want to give it to me until I ponited the refund receipt only shows a -$6.00 in total. Then she write a 'refund' on the original receipt, which I don't mind, and almost through it at me with an attitude. I'm not the one put the wrong label. I'm not the one doesn't give authority to staffs. It wasted me 10 mins for refund only. Please put your attitude away. At least, as a customer, I diserve better services."

"This chemist warehouse outlet is hidden on the ground floor of the building along Pitt Street. You'd not have known that they were located here, if you did not walk or drive past. It's quite a large outlet, with many shelves of supplements and medication, and a pharmacist all the way at the back. Payment is simple and straightforward, but don't expect too much service from the staff here. Grab and go mindset."

"This is by far the best chemist warehouse I have ever been in!! There is actual space to move in the isles and it’s not completely cramped and packed together! The pharmacy staff are super nice and quick as well! I’m gonna keep this store in mind when I’m in the city but it’s just so much nice have space to move around freely!"
