"The cashier named Linh was very rude to me today. She THREW the receipt toward me. The cashier was busy talking with other cashiers instead of her customers. There was no greeting, no asking which type of payment (cash or card), or whether I needed a bag. She didn't even say how much my grocies costs, and at the end she threw the receipt to me when I was collecting my stuff. Worst customer service."
"Freshworld Burwood is my favourite fruit shop to go very friendly staff. The variety of fruit and vegetables are good prices vary from cheap to very expensive generally it's affordable. Alot better than the fruit shop at Westfield burwood where some of the staff maybe racist towards Asians or anybody that disturbs their perfect lined display especially the bok choy section. I think they should take a leaf from Coles for customer service"
"I bought a kilo of pink lady apples last week - each one I cut into was brown inside and chucked them all out- much to my 5 year olds disappointment- today offered my son watermelon. Went to cut the full uncut $1.99 per kg watermelon which was in the fridge to throw it all out!!! Won’t be shopping at this waste of produce and money ever again- don’t do it either shop at Woollies or Burwood Rd grocers!"
