"Purchased steak that was off and have been severely ill with food poisoning all night. This is the 3rd time I have purchased perished goods from Bass Hill Aldi. Won't shop here anymore. Spent $30 on this steak too, appalled with the quality! How can you increase prices for rotten food! The steak was discoloured but I took a risk and learnt a lesson. Of course the discoloured side was not showing in the packaging. What a joke!"
"The paper bags that you sell to customers are flimsy and awful. They rip straight away. It took about 2.5kg of weight for the paper bag to rip. Aldi cant even supply bags tough enough to withstand a little bit of weight. Rip off! The newly bought Aldi paper bag ripped whilst we were still in the store and staff just looked at us helplessly as our groceries collapsed on to the floor."
"It is always enjoyable to shop here. The staff are always helpful and courteous to my needs The service at the checkout is friendly and the blonde lady is always a pleasure to be served by"
"Maintained very well, fully stocked shelf, very efficient cashier who processes the line in a jiffy. Toilet just next to the entrance. Entrance are stocked up with wet wipes and hand sanitizer. Open till 10pm so pretty convenient to shop."
"ALDI provides an alternative to grocery stores in and around the Bass Hill locality, which is easily accessible, quickly navigable, and stocked with products that are affordable. It's well-organised with supermarket attendants that promote friendship and a respect for the customers. You could have almost all what you need in ALDI @customer-friendly prices. The atmosphere and set up attracts lots of crowds. The waiting on the queue at the checkouts should sometimes be less painful if every checkout is active. Nonetheless, it's a painful sweet experience once you've checked out."
