"I love this store - I have been a loyal customer for 5 years because it has a great range of products, most of the staff are helpful and friendly and they have plenty of self-service checkouts. However, there is one staff member there who is extremely rude. The African woman who seems to supervise the check-out area. She tries to make me feel like a criminal every time I go to use the self-service checkouts ie she demands I use a serviced check-out and when I don't, she calls Jennifer over to stare at me the whole time. It is very distressing and disconcerting! I am just there to buy groceries, which I pay for! Why does it matter what register I use? I am not the only one she has been rude to. Another Google review stated "There is an absolutely disgusting African woman that works at the front counter. She was rude, inconsiderate and highly disrespectful. How can you have somebody like that working for you? She must have several complaints about her, I'm sure I'm not the only one." No, you aren't the only one. Coles Westfield needs to train her in customer service or transfer her to another store, or they will lose customers."
"A great selection of products and you can get the mochi pick what you want here! Just a note, it is mochi ice cream, so it will melt if you don’t eat it soon.. the boxes provided also fits more than 5, so your mochi will slide around.. The black sesame mochi was quite sweet and milky."
