"I visited between 10 and 11 o'clock on 21st of August. I did self-checkout and was waiting to receive a Disney card. There was a staff member with long hair, reaching down to their chest, and white in color. I felt puzzled by the staff member working at the self-checkout area. The staff member shook a receipt paper towards my face, saying that "people don't look at me when people are waiting for me". It was very awkward, and I even thought that this staff member might be crazy. If this staff member is in their right mind, they seem to lack the qualities required for customer service. Before this ,whenever I encountered this staff member, their tone of voice seemed angry or irritable. I hope I don't have to encounter this staff member again ."
