"I'm really not sure what's going on with this Coles but for around the past 2 years, it's becoming a toilet. The staff have no idea where anything is nor do they have any interest other than what's new on their phones. I guess that's because the laminated product directory sheets hanging in select aisles haven't been updated since who knows when. Someone has been leaving stinking garbage bags in the carpark for months. I'm assuming the management haven't realized yet the metal cage isn't helping? Or is this just junk from the actual grocery store?The left travelator IS ALWAYS BROKEN. The only people who are worth a damn at Coles West Ryde are honestly the guys going around to collect the trollies and even those guys, you rarely see. Guess they work too hard, they don't fit in here."

"Biggish kinda store in Ryde with ample parking around the place. The store is located within the complex combined with a small playground sorta situation for kids. The store itself is pretty clean and everything if arranged properly... Which is how it should be I guess... The staff unlike my regular Coles were really friendly.."
