"Just moved to the area and yesterday, walked into the first chemist I saw to buy an OTC medicine. Pharmacist here said I needed a script so when I went to see a GP for one the next day, he was surprised because he said it was not a prescription only medication. So essentially wasted my time today, went to another pharmacy and got what I needed with no script. So either she lacks knowledge or she flat out lied. Not sure what’s worst but what I’m sure about is, I would never step foot into this chemist again. Chemist warehouse is just around the corner!"

"Today, I walk inside the store with my mask on, have it off and I come for Anti-bacterials wipe, but I couldn't find it and I have no one to service me then I walked out and this pharmacy very rudes as a bunch of women stay at the back watching me but didn't come forward. Maybe they think i got some kind of disease or viruses but felt offend for the service like that, and the funny thing was when my foot step out there are two woman's walked forward, and one came to front counter. Seriously almost everyone have mask on for the past 3-4 months and what was so strange about. If they really very afraid I think the shop should be close or they should be stop working there because you will everyday contact with sick people. I am Asian and that doesn't mean I should be treat like that by 4-5 women stand at back counter watching without show basic respect customer service. I never been oversea for year and the reason I had mask on because I catch train to work, for precautions to protect myself during training. CUSTOMER SERVICE RATE 0, I FELT PREJUDICE BY THE STORE STAFF! FAIR TRADING SHOULD LOOK AT...."
