You showed no compassion, no understanding of special circumstances and you proved you care less about Covid patients.. You excuse for shortage of staff is just a justification that you are heartless... I'm 100 % sure that your staff could have managed to get someone to deliver the medication earlier rather than after 7 pm! How many times your staff have walked out of the chemist for whatever reason and the rest managed? If you timeed out, the distance from your chemist to my place it is honestly less than 10 minutes walking..you cross the road to Alan St then turn right to Court Rd...then turn left to The Crescen where I live.. You should really be ashamed of yourself..."
