"Horrible, everything was fine until I was about to leave the store, the exit sensors beeped, I showed them my bag twice. After checking they let me go, when we were walking out this guy stopped us and made us go back inside AGAIN and humiliated me in front of everyone, I showed them my receipt and everything, the guy still showed me attitude and didn't even apologise knowing that it was just my jacket, if I could rate it zero stars I would, this one star is for the only girl who was being nice to me. Never coming back again."

"My whole afternoon was so uncomfortable and unpleasant after checked out from this Chemist. The girl who served me at the cashier treated me like an Alien. No conversation, no greeting, no eye contact, far from smiling, far from thanking. She treated me like I was not exist. She was a young Chinese girl. After I came out from that store, she served the customer behind me and I noticed she smiled, talked and responded. I checked the docket and saw her name was SUA. My message to the manager is how did you recruit this kind of staff in your store? No customer service experience or just extreme racist. If you don’t care about the customer you should not work there."

"Thanks for a rude service today...definitely not coming back....EVER!!! I was in the line behind this young man that getting a vaccination. After he provided his details I assume that I should be serve next. There was also another lady with her daughter on the line. There were 2 young staff that were going in and out the counter ...I assume that one of them will serve me next.....after patiently waiting one of the staff finally ask can I help you to another customer. I just shoke my head. You can't actually miss me especially since I have been waiting for a while. I just said..really ???? After she serve that customer, no apology was given to me...as if nothing happened. The lady pharmacist called my name later and advised me that the generic product is not available and ask if I'm ok with the original product. I told her that I'm ok with that since that's what i want in the first place. When I paid in the front counter the same assistance was there but decided to go when she see me. I asked the young lady in the counter if she was the manager because she was rude. She lacks customer service and should there with that attitude. It's a shame because my parents go to the same chemist."

"I had a horrible experience at this pharmacy yesterday (Sunday 06/03/22), and after being a regular for so long I can see how this place and the employees have deteriorated over the years. I walked over to one of the employees ( tall, white, with long brown hair) who was working on the outside stock to ask a simple question about where a product was, and she responded with 'what do you mean why should I help you'. It really threw me off as it was a simple question and it would have cost nothing to be nicer and just at least respond saying you didn't know what that product was. While I was walking around looking for the product she kept looking at me and giving me ugly stares which made me very uncomfortable, as if I was a thief. I ended up finding the item on my own and made my way over to the registers where I told the girl about my experience (Indian, hair in bun). She was very apologetic and clearly empathetic which made me feel slightly better, however it was clear she had no authority at this pharmacy so telling her was not going to fix the problem. When I went home and told my grandson about the rude customer service I had, he told me that the only reason a company will actually fix an issue like this was if it affected their public image which is why I made this review. Also to warn people from going to this place as while there may be one good employee, it is not worth the trouble if you have to have a bad experience first. I also made a new account to post this review as I did not get a chance to pick up my prescriptions which I leave on file there and I believe that all the staff would treat me much worse if they knew my real name, thats how low I think of this place."
