"If I could give 0 stars I would. Guy behind counter clearly doesn’t read scripts. Ended up in blacktown hospital from an overdose as he had given me the wrong dosage & took 4x over what was prescribed to me. Tried arguing with me saying I never brought it from him when I clearly had their chemist sticker on the front of the box & he was the one who served me."

"I’ve only been here twice in 5-6 years, but both times the person serving me was very, very rude and pushy Also, I would have been here quite a few more times as I pass by it frequently, however, their opening hours are quite sparse"

"Very frustrating that there were 3 staff members behind the counter at the chemist but it took over 5 minutes to get served. This place needs to work on its service. They shouldn't be able to advertise as a "discount pharmacy", their price hikes prey on the fact there's no one else around. Daylight robbery. Won't be returning."

"A complete rip-off and worst customer service. I was astonished today when the salesman said its illegal if you check the price over the counter and compare with other pharmacies! Why won't I do it if their prices are horribly high. I won't go to this pharmacy again although it's just next to my house."
