"So i went there 4 years ago and they were fantastic. i don’t get my nails done because of sport but i these school holidays have a couple more weeks off, so i decided to get them done. they were good with shaping filing etc. when it came to the actual polish its self the sides of nails don’t actually have anything on them. and behind the nail is disgusting and not filed properly"

"I had previously tried 3 times to get my nails done, each time they were too busy to see me. This time I booked ahead, on my day off work, early @ 9.30. I arrived and there were 4 staff members and ONE customer. I was ignored for first 10 mins or so, finally asked what did I want, went thru the whole thing again, as I had to explain on the phone what I was booking for, a guy pointed to a chair and told me to sit, I sat and waited another 10 mins. The guy screamed out for one of the ladies who had been trying on clothes and parading for the other women...She finally got dressed, came to me, whilst eating, and asked again what did I want. By this time I really should have just walked out, instead I said manicure. She seemed really unimpressed, asked if I wanted acrylic nails as apparently mine were too short...I said no, well did want shellac? No, just a manicure please. Omg have never been thru such bad customer service, total disregard, disdain, total unprofessionalism, only to receive the worst "manicure" of my entire 54 years of life. My nails are still recovering today, some 3 weeks later. I did however, notice the "caucasian" lady getting smiles and conversation throughout her service."

"I am a regular customer at this nail salon and had an appointment today, booked well in advance. I arrived to a packed environment, and was ushered from one attendee to another, no one really wanted to listen to me and care factor was negligible. Final result - awful nail colour incorrect, no manicure despite my booking being very specific and as usual - very, very disappointing never going back, just awful. Tomorrow I return to my previous nail salon to have my nails corrected. I appreciate it's a busy period but customer service and retention is so very important."
