"Asked for square nails not sure what shape this is but it’s not square. I asked so many times to file them into square and she swatted me away for angry at me each time I asked and still charged me $70"

"I have been going to this salon on and off for a couple of years now. It has always been a great experience for me, however recently I’ve found one of the staff members to be extremely rude. She unfortunately ruins the vibe of the salon. The last few times I have been i have left having to fix something about my nails myself. This time it was filing them down as they were left so sharp. The lady cut my finger with the drill (I understand this happens sometimes) but did not say sorry and continued to drill in the same spot, my finger was bleeding and when I asked if I could go and wash the blood before it dripped she said ‘no I’m not finished’. I have gotten infections from this before so was concerned. She then proceeded to put product over the cut making it sting, on two occasions I told her what she was doing was hurting me and she ignored me and then spoke to her colleague laughing about it. She asked what shape I wanted and I asked a simple question about the coffin shape, she was so abrupt and acted as if I was stupid for asking a question. I wouldn’t mind if she achieved an outstanding result when the nails were done but she didn’t. I didn’t get her name but she seems like a manager as she was screaming at the top of her lungs every 10 minutes. This person is letting the other lovely girls down as they are friendly. Won’t be returning."
