"We have had our Toy poodle groomed here since a pup. We feel so fortunate to have a spot every month as she is in high demand for the obvious reasons. The grooming and attention to hygiene is amazing. Every-time we pick him up he looks beautiful, nails, eyes, bum always done and smells amazing and is happy. Rebecca has so much time for the dogs and clearly loves doing what she does. She’s informative and we have learnt so much from her. If you are lucky enough to secure a spot, you won’t be disappointed. I’m extremely fussy in all aspects of life so knowing my poodle is always perfectly done is one thing I never have to worry about. "We used Rebecca’s services a couple of times, after our usual groomer moved out from the area, and she was very specific from the beginning in terms of what dogs she was taking in. The first time, she butchered the cut by giving him a regular poodle cut when he’s actually a moodle, and that cut doesn’t suit him. The next time she did better after we explained what cut we wanted but she charged us more for a longer cut. Although happy to pay the price for a proper cut for our dog, when we tried to book again, she told us that she will only give short, shaved cuts and started accusing the dog for being too fidgety and bitey. This was the first time we heard about this. No other groomer has complained about him in the past. She’s clearly trying to maximise the time she spends for the money, with no care for the dogs or how they look like, choosing to give dogs the same easy shaved cut regardless of what actually suits them."

"This was going to be my third appointment but I cancelled my appointment because i was told by Rebecca only cash was accepted and there was no set up for eftpos facility. I know there is an eftpos facility because I used it to pay for my second visit. We all need to be COVID safe at this time so I am very disappointed. Not professional at all. So much for customer service……"
"I was extremely happy with her service for approx. 11 years, and she always did a wonderful job. I had an appointment, and due to issues could not make it, in fact completely forgot. I rang for an appointment and she politely told me I am to pay $30 cancellation fee for not turning up. Never ever in those years did I cancel and not let her know. Very very disappointed in her approach. Keep this in mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
