"The waiting area was not clean and not pleasant to sit and wait. People in the massage room talking and laughing loudly and making the experience not relaxing and pleasant. The massage on redbaloon gift voucher says Fijian Massage but it is not what appears as Fijian Massage on their website. I wouldn't recommend this place based on these negative experiences. In response to your great customer service skills I have to say that we are also hard working people spending our money to receive a service equal or worth to the money we spend. And the service/experience you provided was not worth the fee charged. My experience is my fact. The whole point of reviews are to provide experiences, negative or positive. Better read and listen to customers and take constructive feedback as a great opportunity to improve your business rather than taking it personally and attacking the feedback provider."
