Reviews
"Best staff they're super nice and go the extra mile to make sure you understand or have as much info on a product. Scripts are always filled within 5 or 10 minutes which is great as I'm daily dispensed. They make your trip to the chemist totally stress free and the best prices around. Best pharmacy around rosebud is lovely also."
"They are keeping an outdated medication for me that I really need. Much appreciated"
"Whoever the pharmacist was on duty at 4.00 pm on 29.03.2023 I think you need to get a bit more experience … waited over 49 mins for my script with no one in the pharmacy, then gave up and went home…. pathetic service."
"As a 37yr resident of Rye who has raised a family and spent many thousands of dollars at this pharmacy over this time, I was extremely disappointed that the Pharmacist on duty was unable to find 2 mins to witness a Statutory Declaration that was urgently needed. The Pharmacy Assistant initially redirected me to the Rye Post Office where I was told they do not have authorisation. I returned to Terry White Pharmacy, hoping to avoid a 40 minute return drive in busy holiday traffic. No luck. Ultimately i had to drive to Rosebud Police Station for this service, where it took just 90 seconds to get it expedited. At all times the Pharmacy staff were polite and professional, just inflexible and unhelpful."
"Went last night at about 5:45pm from hospital to pick up a script for a serious health issue, but unfortunately was greeted very appallingly from a lady with blonde hair who worked there (not a pharmacist) She was very rude and judgemental, I thought I had 2 scripts as there was 2 pieces of paper but only had one so asked for both as I did not know this information, and she very rudely replied with the fact that there was only one! I made sure to say thank you when leaving and be very kind but it was just met with a horrible attitude! It was very unfortunate as the other staff were lovely but this really left a sour and upsetting taste in my mouth especially as I had just left hospital and needed pain medication as soon as possible for an extremely serious condition. I am unsure why you would work in a chemist if your job is customer service related with sick / unwell people. Such a shame."
